Sample Making & Small-Batch
Production of Leather Garments
I’m a leather craftsman based in Tokyo,
specializing in sample making and small-batch production of leather garments.
I work with a wide range of materials, including cowhide, sheepskin,
and deerskin, and can also handle specialty materials such as velour.
I accept orders from both individuals and businesses,
starting from a single sample.

PHILOSOPHY

Every Step,
from Cutting to Finishing
I handle every step myself,
from cutting and sewing
to the finishing touches.
Because I work on each piece individually,
I can focus carefully on the quality
of every garment.

Care and Dedication
in Each Garment
I do not offer the lowest prices,
but I never compromise
on the care I put into each piece.
I value the precision and beauty
of Japanese craftsmanship,
and hope to share the quality of domestic manufacturing.

Careful Communication,
Every Step of the Way
I carefully listen to your brand’s vision
and the atmosphere you want to create.
Because the same person who hears your requests
also handles the actual sewing,
your ideas can be reflected directly and smoothly.

Guidance Based on
the Nature of Leather
Leather patterns require a different approach
from woven fabric patterns.
If you have any concerns
about the specifications or pattern,
I can offer advice based on my experience.

SERVICE
Prices and delivery times may vary depending on the design, specifications, leather thickness, and production complexity.
For more details about my services and estimated pricing, please visit the service details page.

Sample Sewing
For brand launches
and pre-production checks,
I provide sample sewing services
for leatherwear.
While reviewing the pattern
and specifications together,
I bring your design vision
into a finished sample.

Small-Batch Production
Small-batch production is also available.
I can produce up to 30 pieces
per style, making my service suitable
for brand items, limited-edition pieces,
and other small-lot production needs.

Leather Garment Production
Single and double riders jackets
are my main focus,
but I also work on other types
of leather garments.
In addition to genuine leather materials
such as cowhide, sheepskin, deerskin,
and horsehide,
I can also discuss special materials
such as velour.
